Cooper Steel Fabricators, Inc. is a closely-held, family-owned company that has built an outstanding record of performance in the construction industry. From it's humble beginnings in 1960 by founder and president, J. Kenneth Cooper (far left), Cooper Steel has grown into a recognized industry name, synonymous with quality and performance.
Over the years Cooper Steel has grown in size, facilities, and sophistication to keep up with the times. Our physical facilities in Shelbyville, Tennessee have more than double in the past few years. We have a fully-staffed sales and construction management office located in Nashville, Tennessee that employs the latest in computer technology to detail and manage on-going projects. We also maintain an estimating office in Lexington, Kentucky.
Although we have grown over the years, family values and family control of the company have remained intact and stands as a cornerstone to our success. We still believe success is achieved by performing for our customers which is why most of our projects are detailed, fabricated and erected by us. In other words, we do the complete job and stand behind it. In our view, that's "steel" what it's all about!
